It’s your responsibility to unveil their weaknesses by testing all the weapons in your party’s arsenal (swords, knives, bows, etc.) or elemental sorcery (fire, ice, lightning, etc.). Each time you strike with the favored damage, you diminish the number on their resistance shield until it reaches zero and fractures, causing the foe to miss a turn and rendering them susceptible to heightened damage from all origins.
